At Warwick conferences what we offer goes well beyond a functional space. We offer endless possibilities and ideas that come from a tailored, experienced focused approach. We have 300 diverse spaces, a total of 1,200 seated theatre capacity, 1,000 ensuite bedrooms and 720m² exhibition space. Warwick Conferences consist of three main venues as followed:

Scarman
Scarman is perfect for conferences, small meetings and events as well as providing the opportunity to be a little unique too, with our choice of creative and outdoor spaces.

Radcliffe
A ‘boutique’ hotel feel that delivers the complete conference facilities experience. Ideal for conferences, meetings and events. Includes an Executive Boardroom - providing a sophisticated setting for decision making and collaboration.

The Slate
A fully open, flat and fluid space, that can be personalised and branded in any way - available for exclusive hire. Perfect for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, product launches, drinks receptions and gala dinners.

Warwick Conferences is the perfect location for your meetings/conference. Based in the heart of the UK, at the University of Warwick campus in Coventry. There is easy access from many major motorways, free parking and Coventry station close by with regular trains, seven days a week. 

#DidYouKnow We have apiaries on campus that  serve as a safe haven for bees, offering a sustainable supply of honey that is regularly used in our restaurants.
