Holiday Inn Runcorn has one of the largest conference facilities in the North West of England and can accommodate up to 500 delegates in our Cheshire Suite. The main suite can be partitioned into four separate suites and is complemented by a private reception area, which can be utilised for reception, buffets, or event/exhibition space.

Holiday Inn Runcorn is just off junction 12 of the M56 with two train stations - Runcorn Mainline for guests travelling to or from both Liverpool and London and also Runcorn East which connects Chester and North Wales along with Manchester and even Scotland. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a 20 minute drive and Manchester airport just 30 minutes away.

Social distancing capacities differ and the hotel will provide exact numbers for the layout required.

Refreshments and lunch services - to reduce contact we have created a simplified lunch menu for meetings. Each lunch box will contain individually wrapped food to ensure safety and placed at a collection point ready for your delegates to enjoy at a safe distance. Refreshments can also be provided at arranged times throughout your visit.
