Hawker House is a huge warehouse making it the perfect event space for events of all sizes. The warehouse space has nine bars and twelve epic street food traders giving a variety of refreshments options for meetings and events. After your conference there is an offer of great post conference party packages (enquire for more details).
It has a total of six meeting spaces with the largest holding up to 800 standing delegates and 550 seated delegates. It is located a ten minute drive from Bermondsey Station and a few minutes walk from Canada Water Station.

• Whole Venue – 2000 Capacity – Two massive rooms, 15 street food traders, 10 bars and free reign of our unique and versatile events warehouse
• The Other Room – 600 Capacity – A Sprawling versatile space with street food pitches, counter-top dining, your choice of bars and an additional mezzanine level
• Big Room – 800 Capacity – Huge hangar-style space, perfect not only for Christmas for a range of other events including conferences for up to 550 theatre style, exhibitions and award ceremonies
• Milk & Honey – 200 Capacity – Our mezzanine level cocktail bar is a great break out space for your event, or a cosy option for smaller Christmas parties of up to 200 people
• The Deck – 120 Capacity –Based on our Big Room mezzanine level our Deck Bar gives you great views, pool tables and a private bar
• 86 Bar – 50 Capacity – Hideaway bar with a secret entrance perfect for smaller parties of up to 50 people.
